I got the opposite advice about the warning or explosion in Israel ... hear the siren and go to the shelter. If you wait for the explosion, it might be too late. I wonder if that's a reflection of how much more often Kyiv residents hear the alarms. The city looks better than I would have expected in your photos.

Could be. Though last week they got hit really hard. The city looked great in the center.
